Job description

We are seeking talented individuals for the role of ServiceNow Architect - Enterprise Service Delivery at various levels. As part of our esteemed ServiceNow practice, you will play a pivotal role in crafting service-delivery solutions that cater to our clients' unique needs while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, design scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment with business processes and industry best practices.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, leading solutioning sessions and providing technical expertise to bridge organizational gaps.
Thought Leadership: Establish our organization as a thought leader within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Implementation Support: Uphold standards for collaboration and support project teams in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Integration and Automation: Design innovative integration solutions and drive practice-wide adoption.
Performance Optimization: Identify methodologies for enhancing performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery teams meet quality standards and drive successful outcomes.
Resource Management: Collaborate with resourcing teams to ensure the right resources are allocated to projects.
Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and maintain secure environments for clients.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and drive knowledge sharing within the team and practice.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Client Relationships: Build trusting relationships with clients and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
Mentorship and Coaching: Foster growth within the ServiceNow talent pool and contribute to architectural best practices.
