Job Description
We are seeking a talented, driven, and energetic Marketing Manager for a fast-growing, global portfolio. The individual is responsible for creating, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership. The position is both strategic and execution-focused and requires the candidate to have a keen eye toward KPIs. The position will report to the Director, Growth Marketing. This is a remote position. Applicants are welcome to apply from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels
- Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns (email programs, social media, account-based marketing, thought leadership, webinars, etc.)
- Evaluate performance across nurture/drip programs
- Deliver campaign reporting and analytics
- Own overall marketing KPI performance reporting
- Design marketing collateral, including (but not limited to) solution sheets, infographics, presentations, case studies, guides, etc.
- Write on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
- Manage website content and maintenance
- Create landing pages for campaigns as required and optimize user experience
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Research and make recommendations for new lead-generation sources
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team and other internal and external teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- General marketing writing, design, or production support as needed
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading
trade publications - Stay current with marketing trends and recommend best practices to implement
- Engage with industry thought leaders, analysts, influencers, etc. to improve product positioning and company branding
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, business, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of business marketing experience
- Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email/social media/advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM): Hubspot and Salesforce
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Must be a driven self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Can solve problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to display creative thinking skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with social media platforms (B2B: LinkedIn)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
Additional Information
Annual salary range is $80,000 - $100,000
