Job description
We are a well-known and fast-growing law firm specializing in personal injury cases in Newport Beach, California. Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our litigation department as a Legal Discovery Clerk. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. This position requires on-site presence. Responsibilities: • Propounding and responding to written discovery. • Drafting meet and confer letters, notice of deposition, and various documents related to litigation discovery. • Provide support to attorneys, including contacting clients, calendaring events, reviewing materials, and drafting correspondence. Qualifications: • Prior work experience at a personal injury law firm is preferred, but not required. • Prior experience with written discovery is a plus, but not required. • Strong writing skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of work. • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and complete tasks on time. • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
