The Market Fulfilment Center team works closely with robotics and automation, to come up with innovative ideas to serve our customers. Imagine your Walmart order being fulfilled 100% by robots, and you are the one to make that happen, by enabling the technology and tech products behind it.
What is a Market Fulfilment Center?
These buildings contain fully automated robots which can store, pick, pack and dispense items ordered by Walmart customers including grocery and general merchandize. MFCs are a keystone to enable our customer to save money and time so that they can live better. In our current world, eCommerce has scaled immensely, and the reduction of touches on supply chain is key for a scalable operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering, Product and Operational readiness to launch multiple Market Fulfillment Centers.
- Launch Market Fulfillment Centers on time and under budget.
- Engage with Operations leadership and support their operational requirements.
- Create mechanisms and build roadmap to drive volume growth.
- Work closely with tech and operations partners to align on data insights with business strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to identify and address key challenges and opportunities.
- Drive MFC KPIs and performance metrics to reach stable state.
- Take initiatives to identify areas of improvement and drive change.
- Capture and provide feedback to improve and optimize launch activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 6
years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
