Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met
• Train and manage kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals
• Create and update menu items based on customer preferences
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen management role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
