Job description
Key skills needed (in priority order):
4+ years of experience in testing Mobility Packet Core, 5G is strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in writing test cases
Experience automating testing for GUI based features
Expert level working experience understanding software-based automation systems design and requirements and in writing and executing associated test plans and test cases
Understanding and experience with Mobility Network Elements is mandatory
Must have excellent writing skills and be able to write clear, accurate and concise description of issues found during testing.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to describe technical issues clearly.
Strong software skills
Extensive knowledge and experience using Linux and shell scripts.
Experience with AGILE development/testing process
Extensive experience in creating deficit tickets. Experience with Jira or the iTrack ticketing system.
Understanding and experience using Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps. Experience with Azure Operator Nexus (AON) is a big plus.
Working experience with testing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes/ Docker container applications, and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) applications running on Openstack or VMware is a big plus.
Self-driven, and teamwork oriented
Through knowledge of IP Networking, switching and routing
Experience writing and understanding JSON, and YAML.
Experience writing and understanding Ansible scripts.
Experience in testing React, JavaScript/jQuery, shell, and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
Understanding and experience with writing JavaScript and Java is a big plus.
Working experience using GIT, NPM and JENKINS is a big plus.
Ability to work in a small, agile team environment
