Job description
Adecco is hiring immediately for Contact Center Agents with a local client in Beaverton, OR. Weekly pay starting at $20.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) . This position requires a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 1 year in a call center or high-volume phone position; in person customer service experience also considered. In this role, you will work with clients by answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat, and callback interactions .
Available Shifts:
8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Please note: Training is essential for success and cannot be flexible with the training sessions. Candidates must have 100% perfect attendance for the first three weeks on assignment. Training Schedule: 11:00am-7:30pm and 7:00am – 3:30 pm EST.
