Position Summary

As a Compensation Senior Manager on the Retail team, you will guide and consult in all compensation related matters related to the Retail stores across the enterprise. Using your analytical skills, you will liaise with other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to partner on projects and provide analysis that reinforces the company’s overall Retail business strategy of attracting and retaining talent. This support includes partnering with your peers on the budgeting process for the various Retail Short Term Incentive plans via cost analysis and system testing to ensure the effective implementation of new and existing programs. You will also liaise with our HR Business Partners who support the Retail Store colleagues and Field leaders on various analysis and initiatives.

As a Compensation Senior Manager, you will educate partners and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor in compensation strategy and programs in support of the organization's business objectives to deliver value and equitable pay.

You will consult, influence, and advise partners through analysis and recommendations in support of the Retail store compensation programs and policies related to job architecture, base pay, short term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends, new technologies.

Additionally, you will be the Retail Compensation subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations to our internal partners and vendors for the Merit and Award planning cycles for the Retail organization.

7+ years HR and/or Compensation Experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
