Your day-to-day work will include:

The Senior Program Analyst will provide Scheduling and PP&C integration Support for the ST Program Planning and Control Office for the Cryogenic Fluid Management (CFM) project under the NASA CPSS contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

• Provide senior program analyst Support to the project management in terms of data management and analysis in all areas of project control, business management, and risk analysis (for cost and schedule) to include performance measures and improvements. Supports the project office in the program, planning, budget, and execution (PPBE) process, manage the financial workflow across multiple NASA centers and prime contractors.

• Lead Program Planning & Control (PP&C) Team with oversight of budget planning, budget execution, financial reporting, schedule, CM/DM, and project coordination.

• Serve as lead financial interface with Level II (Technology Demonstration Mission Office) and Level I (STMD Program Management and/or Program Executive).

• Provide excellent communication skills to interface with customers. Capable of interfacing with Center Institutional Offices, Financial Management Office, programs/projects offices, NASA-HQ and Mission Directorates.

• Oversee the development and manage CFM Project Office logic based detailed schedules.

• Integrate, coordinate, and maintain all project-level integrated products such as budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk.

• Regularly report to project management on the status and health of all Program Planning and Control deliverables submitted for all project activities including contractor submitted deliverables.

• Recommend mitigation approaches and resolution steps for identified issues. Coordinate recommendations with project leadership.

• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) data analysis of projects and Contractors EVM data and submittals as requested. Develop independent contractor cost estimates trending and forecasting using EVM data as requested.

• Support the development and maintenance of the project WBS structure and its integration within the projects integrated schedules.

• Provide monthly project schedule status to the Project Management Team.

• Support project and center meetings, reviews, and any required special study or assessment teams and prepare programmatic presentations, as required.

• Support project office leadership and staff to resolve unique and complex project issues and challenges as required.

• Evaluate project documentation including monthly reports, design reviews and other data to identify schedule and other project risks. Work with project leadership and staff resolve issues or concerns.

• Provide recurring reports and documentation as required.

Experience Requirements:

• 20 years of applicable experience (15 years in Aerospace/Research and Development)

• Have knowledge and experience with spaceflight hardware development projects and adherence to NPR 7120.5.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Excel, Word and Power Point, Empower, and various NASA budget tools is highly desired.

• Have knowledge of the development and integration of project technical requirements with cost and schedule projections, performance measurement, workforce allocations, and resource utilization.

• Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.

• Extensive experience using commercial schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools.

• Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable

• Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up.
