Tarpon Shores Dental is located in beautiful Venice, Florida. Part of a small emerging DSO with a private practice culture that includes competitive pay and an amazing learning environment for personal and professional growth, we are looking to hire a team of talented and passionate dental care providers.

We are actively looking for a friendly, self-motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team. Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor and outgoing personality, who is able to successfully fulfill the below responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Patient Intake/Check Out
• Confirming appointments
• Phone and email communications
• Works closely with staff and the Practice Manager
• Conducts insurance verification
• Insurance claims processing and follow up.
• Presents treatment plans
• Handles account receivables
• Schedules appointments
• Works on practice dental software
  

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience, dental industry experience a plus.
• Must possess an above average phone demeanor.
• Must be a great listener.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Must have a passion for helping others.
