Summary

Child Care Lead Teacher
Position is Full Time with Full Benefits.
Shifts are between 6:30am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday 
Starting wage $17.00/hour.

**250 Sign On Bonus**

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Branch Child Care Director and in accordance with the Christian mission and purpose of the Great Miami Valley YMCA Association, the Lead Teacher is responsible for the social, physical, spiritual, and mental development of each child within their care. In accordance with ODJFS and ?Step Up to Quality? standards, he or she will also be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all activities, as well as keeping the safety and well being of the children as a first priority.
