Job Title: Senior Audit Manager or Senior Assurance Manager
Location: Hybrid - Lakewood, NJ
Salary: $140k - $185k depending on experience
Requirements: Active CPA and currently be a Senior Audit Manager with a CPA firm

We are a 30+ year established mid-size CPA firm based in Lakewood, NJ with additional offices throughout Southern NJ! Since our founding we've grown to 110+ employees specialized in Audit, Tax, and Advisory for multiple verticals including Construction, Nonprofit, Government, Professional Services, and more. We're firm believers in developing our employees to be the best version of themselves both inside and outside of the office!

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- Minimum 8+ years of external Audit experience
- History of working with Nonprofit, Gov't, Construction, and/or Professional services clients
- Familiarity of leading engagements from beginning to end
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA

Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Taxation or Accountancy
- Big 4 or Top 10 firm experience
