Position: IT Administrator (Part-Time, In-Office)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires in-office attendance and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement new software solutions, including Office 365, QuickBooks, Outreach, HubSpot, and other office administration and marketing software.
- Drive efficiency by implementing IT automations.
- Manage a small team comprising two developers and an IT support assistant, leading project management efforts.
- Service and maintain internal network infrastructure, including Cisco POE Switches, Endian Firewall, PBX, lead management server, CRM web server, active directory, and file servers running on Windows and CentOS.
- Troubleshoot user issues, set up new hardware, and handle daily onsite IT activities.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on website design, content creation, SEO, Google AdWords, social media advertising, and sales team outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT administration and team management.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and server management.
- Cross-trained in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO and online advertising.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
