Must Have Skills - MUST HAVE CURRENT CA RN LICENSE (not temporary)
- Must have BSN or higher
- Must have experience in the last 5 years as an OR RN (must have inpatient OR experience, not just ambulatory surgery)
- Must have 3-5 years as an Assistant Nurse Manager or four years exp as Dept. manager.
Nice to Have Skills: - Prefer advanced education at MSN or MHA or MBA level and/or CNOR designation
- Experience with scheduling teams helpful
- Strong preference for experience in union environment
- Must be calm under pressure, strong communicator, able to train newer nurses
