Paralegal (Plaintiff Side, Employment Law) Location: Beverly Hills, California
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary: $70,000 $100,000 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff side Employment Law Paralegal to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law litigation, with a focus on representing employees in disputes with their employers. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including options for in office, hybrid, or remote work.
Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with all aspects of plaintiff side employment law cases, including intake, investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research on employment law issues and prepare legal memoranda.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and scheduling.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff side employment law.
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
Salary and Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
