The Opportunity
We're in search of a seasoned Vice President of Sales, a pivotal role that goes beyond leading our sales functions and revenue strategies. This position is for a visionary leader adept at securing significant deals, especially within the enterprise segment. You'll spearhead our broker consultant, enterprise and commercial sales, strategic alliances, and business development teams.

How You'll Make an Impact
Strategic Leadership: Drive our sales strategy to foster new business growth, achieving ambitious recurring revenue targets.
Team Building: Cultivate a dynamic sales team that's well-versed in our product offerings, value propositions, and commitment to service excellence, ensuring they effectively communicate our vision to secure new business.
Relationship Management: Enhance our market reputation through strategic relationship-building, supporting your team in nurturing these crucial connections.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Collaboratively craft and execute sales strategies alongside the executive team.
Recruit and nurture top talent to fulfill strategic objectives.
Foster preferred partner relationships and develop key market connections to achieve sales goals.
Oversee sales processes, quotas, territories, and compensation strategies.
Work closely with product, marketing, technology, and finance departments to streamline the sales cycle.
Develop external partnerships to expand our market presence.
Ensure an exceptional client experience in collaboration with client services.
Guide product development to meet market demands.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least ten years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the wellness or insurance sectors, with a proven record of managing large enterprise deals and achieving substantial sales targets.
Skills: Profound knowledge of B2B enterprise sales, expertise in various sales strategies, and a history of engaging C-suite executives effectively.
Travel: Willingness for regular travel across the United States.

Qualifications
Experience: Leading a sales team to significant quota achievements in the wellness or insurance industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to manage standard office demands and occasional physical tasks for event participation.
