Job description

• Duties
• Route Optimization:
• Collaborate with management to modify daily routes for client needs.
• Utilize tools to optimize routes and enhance efficiency.
• Communication Management:
• answering calls from drivers.
• Establish effective communication channels for real-time updates.
• Driver Relations:
• Cultivate strong relationships to ease last-minute schedule changes.
• Monitoring and Adaptation:
• Monitor route changes, road issues, and adjust routes for timely deliveries.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address challenges promptly, working with drivers to find solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Gather feedback to enhance route planning and communication processes.

- Monitor driver performance and compliance with company policies and regulations

- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation operations

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities

• Qualifications

- MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH amp; SPANISH)

- Previous experience in logistics or dispatching REQUIRED

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is beneficial This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
