Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 [Candidate must be able to work onsite .]

Schedule: Standard 40 hours. 8am-5pm.

Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

Education, Licenses, Cert Requirements: Drivers license

Required Experience, any deal breakers: Merchandising and sales experience

Required Skills (include soft skills): Lift over 40lbs, read planograms, flexible schedule

Industry Experience (software / websites): Must have laptop for payroll

Preferred Qualifications:

High school

Merchandising, display set up, retail

Sales

Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. In some countries field sales force may be split from key account management (national and international).

Responsible for achieving profit and sales goals for an assigned location in a direct to consumer retail environment. Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management.
