Job description
We are seeking a (Mid-Level) Systems Engineer II to join our Wilmngton, Delaware based client’s Infrastructure team. The Systems Engineer II will serve as the primary escalation point for moderate to complex MS Office 365 and Teams and Azure AD / Entra ID problems both on-prem and in the Cloud.
This position is for infrastructure engineers who support the Microsoft framework; and will work with different Microsoft licensing models, managing access, recovery, and resource sharing best practices.
In addition to serving as a subject-matter expert, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and expected to cross-train with the other infrastructure members to learn multiple areas of additional support at a triage level.
