Kadiak LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA.

The Program Manager shall be the primary interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) and shall attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required, accompanied by a technical lead when necessary.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Comply with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 day requirements and priorities as identified by TSC Leadership.
Have access to corporate senior leadership when necessary.
Coordinate work schedules for contractor personnel provided under this RFQ.
Use routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Visio and Internet Explorer), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules.
Orally present and communicate instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences.
Shall work collaboratively with the COR and TSC IT government leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasks.
Support the ITU Task Lead(s) and COR by providing information related to the performance and/or status of all current tasks and assignments.
Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in the contract.
Ensure conformance with RFQ schedules and costs.
Monitor employee performance and productivity.
Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary.
Review work discrepancies.
Supervise contractor personnel.
Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assurance.
Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any.
Ensure that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met.
Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, contractor work force to meet the Government’s needs under this RFQ.
Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the Contractor’s employees consistent with priorities and assignments by the TSC ITU program.
Ensure accountability for all Government furnished property and information.
Assist in all project management task performance.
Resolve problems, issues or conflicts, as required.
Prioritize tasks and assignments to contractor work force based on the Government’s direction and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
7+ years related experience
US Citizen with an active Top Secret Clearance
Must be able to demonstrate working in a 24/7 operational environment and working on call rotation.
Must be a certified PMI Project Management Professional in good standing.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
