SDL is seeking a student who possesses a high level of attention to detail to assist in various Quality Assurance activities. This includes helping to manage and maintain company documents, ensure documentation accuracy, digitize records, support data entry, process quality records, verify calibrated items, and support in various other activities as needed in the QA department.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at USU (must have at least one year of school remaining)
- Able to work 15-20 hours per week (on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm) during spring and fall semesters and up to 40 hours per week during school breaks
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Problem solving
- Computer-savvy and hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong, professional verbal and written communications skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and recall
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
Preferred Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree related to business, management information systems, technical writing, or another related field
- Prior experience in document control and/or configuration management
- Typing and editing skills
- Experience with CAD software
