The Job at a Glance

The National Account Manager (internally known as PARTnership Builder) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers through account penetration, sales, and marketing activities. Achieving goals by building a business plan to maximize profitable growth, building communication and other tools with marketing to increase sales, creating new business building opportunities. We are looking for a National Account Manager who can build strong relationships across organizations, set priorities, and follow through on commitments while demonstrating creativity, innovation, and initiative.

A Typical Day

• Strategically drive account sales through development of business plans to maximize profitability
• Obtain new national accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
• Build in-depth knowledge of national restaurant accounts and industry trends
• Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives
• Work collaboratively with marketing and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives by sharing chain specific knowledge and developing proactive tools

• You’ve been ambitiously successful in national sales for 5-7 years
• You provide results to back up your success in national account development and project management
• You’re a road warrior and enjoy traveling up to 30% of the time
• Your communication, presentation and analytical skills are legendary
• You’re a definite “People Person” and enjoy working with others
• Bonus points for any knowledge or experience in Supply Chain, Finance and/or Marketing!

Pay $34.40 - $42.05 an hour Profit sharing eligible
