Female, mother tongue is English, high affinity, good image and temperament, basic Chinese, bachelor degree or above;
Proficiency in the application of office software;
Have good communication skills and affinity;
Those with overseas real estate/immigrant related work experience are preferred;
Experience in reception at the front desk of an overseas 5-star hotel is preferred;
Experience in luxury goods, property sales, car sales, high-end clubs, and high-end clothing sales is preferred. 1. Establish the company and brand image, be responsible for the daily reception of high-end customers/members (including foreigners from Europe and the United States), and notify the interviewed persons in a timely and accurate manner;
Query membership card;
Responsible for answering the company's switchboard phone, transferring calls or recording information as required;
Responsible for statistics of front desk visits;
Provide preliminary answers to customers/members’ basic overseas house purchase/immigration questions;
Other tasks assigned by superiors and daily affairs of the department;
Assist and participate in market activities, assist in planning and organizing team building activities.
