State Title: Staff Assistant Job Category: Administrator/Professional Department: ITS, Faculty Support Services Enter the Compensation Range for Applicants to View (Required for Administrator & Classified Positions)Information Technology Services (ITS) seeks a highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships for an educational technologist position. This hybrid role provides technical support and coaching to faculty in the area of academic technologies that promote student success and enhance teaching and learning. The educational technologist supports the Canvas learning management system and integrations, trains end users, as well as, provides systems administration support of related classroom technologies and systems.

This is a hybrid position with occasional on-site, in-person responsibilities in Salem, MA and may include occasional evenings and weekends.
