Prime Video is looking for a world-class Advertising Insights Manager to help us uncover advertiser needs and translate them into actionable insights that drive results. This role is essential in understanding advertiser perceptions of Prime Video and helping the organization make informed decisions related to marketing strategies, product development, and positioning.

Video Advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. We have differentiated assets in terms of consumer experiences and audience insights against a breadth of exclusive content which positions us well for the long-term.

As an ideal candidate, you have a deep understanding of traditional market research methods and best practices in the advertising industry. You are a passionate researcher with uncanny observational and analytical skills, an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams, and a relentless determination to do what is right for advertising partners. You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs.

Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns based on advertiser insights.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand advertiser preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Design and implement consumer surveys to gather feedback and insights on products, services, and brand perception.
• Develop detailed profiles of target advertising customers, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Analyze data collected from various sources, such as surveys, client meetings, industry reports, and audience insights to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Track sentiment across different online and offline channels to gauge brand health and reputation.
• Measure and monitor advertiser satisfaction and loyalty through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide insights and recommendations to guide product development and innovation, ensuring that products align with advertiser demands.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
