Responsibilities
PM SAI falls under Program Executive Office – Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S). PM SAI is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) with product line support offices located at APG, MD. PM SAI is responsible for development, production, modernization, fielding, and sustainment of integrated manned and unmanned aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensor payloads that leverage National and other Services’ capabilities. PM SAI also provides product solutions to support warfighting Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of Intelligence products.
We are hiring a Program/Cost Analyst to support MARSS. This individual will be located at APG, MD.
What you'll do:
- Provide Financial and Cost analysis .
- Manage funding of different appropriations under DOD Financial Management Regulations (FMR) .
- Evaluate funding execution compared to budget through analysis of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting, while continuing dialogue with leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Execute funding actions and obligations for the program for a multitude of requirements and contracts .
- Project future funding requirements for the program and updating current spend plans with actuals on a monthly basis .
Position overview:
- Provides project management/administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, task(s) or business unit.
- Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
- Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Prepares budgets, financial forecasts and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
- Prepares program and WBS plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
- Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding for the government.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
- 3 years in financial analysis.
- 3 years on Army acquisition programs.
- DODSecret clearance required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, heavily focused in Excel.
- GFEBS experience a bonus.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
