Experience:
One year of experience with Tenant Improvement Construction of office/warehouse and related space as a project
manager, construction manager, or planner estimator.
Skills:
Knowledge of Tenant Improvement and Construction Drawings, ability to measure space, knowledge of commercial
office buildings systems such as mechanical, electrical, architectural, security, telecommunications, finishes, ceiling,
lighting partitions. Hands on experience and working knowledge of the general contractor competitive bidding
process, bid reviews and evaluation of proposed costs.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
● Cost estimating software and databases
● Familiarity with CAD and/or Bluebeam is desirable
● Microsoft Windows to include Access
● Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint and Access
● Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
● Adobe Acrobat Professional
● MS Project
● Be proficient in simple math process (including addition, multiplication, subtraction)
● Be proficient in oral and written communications
