What You'll Do:
As a Quality Research Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance the quality of our services. You'll work remotely, collaborating with a diverse team to support various projects aimed at providing legal representation to eligible individuals nationwide. Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting, managing, and analyzing data to uncover valuable insights
Developing engaging data visualizations and stories to convey key findings
Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data collection instruments
Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
Conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative data
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with a passion for data and a drive to make a difference. While previous experience in data analysis or research is beneficial, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else. Key qualifications include:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Science)
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging manner
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI (experience with other tools is a plus!)
An analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
