Here's Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this multi-faceted role, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support for the Area President to include calendar management, meeting planning, travel arrangements, expense report preparation, and communications/presentations support
Coordinating community involvement initiatives
Event planning for employee and client events alike
Local leadership and support for employee committees (wellness, celebration committee) and active involvement in regional culture committee
Developing and executing a social media strategy to support our brand as an agency and as an employer
Sales administration support
You're Great At
Ideally, you'll have prior experience in an Executive Assistant role that encompasses the following:
Proven ability to work with a highly engaged executive and interact with all levels of leaders, employees, and external contacts.
Event planning experience to include vendor management and budget adherence
Demonstrated initiative and follow-through, working proactively and with a sense of urgency.
Solid problem solving skills and trusted decision maker within areas of influence
Embracing and practicing the highest level of ethics and integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adjust to shifting demands with ease
Highly resourceful team player, as well as ability to work independently on projects from concept to completion
Excellent written and proofreading skills, as well as excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient technology skills to include MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, social media platforms, and virtual tools such as Zoom and Teams.

Department Office Administration & Clerical
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: High school or equivalent
