Iron Hill Brewery is looking for Line Cooks for it's TapHouse in Exton, PA!
Create from-scratch food in a fast-paced environment. Execute every dish according to our recipes. Work closely with fellow teammates to keep our kitchens clean and safe. Work side-by-side with our creative Culinary Team, taking part in new menu ideation and testing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Be a Master of our multi-station menu.
- Prepared to learn multiple stations including Salads, Appetizers, Pizzas, Grill, Prep and Dish.
- Morning availability Monday-Friday 9-4pm.
- One Team. One TapHouse.
- Ability to follow and execute recipes to Iron Hill’s standard.
- Ability to follow Kitchen Display System (KDS) for order organization.
- Ability to set up and organize station as required by shift’s volume.
- Ability to communicate at a high level and work in a team environment.
- Continually avoids waste and respect for company property.
- Works efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Food Safety Certified within 30 days of hire. Practice all safety procedures including proper food rotation, knife safety, hand washing and much more.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and organize storage areas.
- Represent Iron Hill TapHouse in a professional manner at all times.
- Ability to work counter as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least two year of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, preferred.
- A team-player mentality.
- The ability to execute at a high standard in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen atmosphere.
- Someone who can bring the fun to work and keep it cool when business is booming.
- The desire to drive Guest Satisfaction by going above and beyond the call of duty.
- The ability to multi-task and identify opportunities to stay busy during down time.
