Job description
The LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading Chicago based organization to identify their next TA Partner to join their team on a hire contract basis. With a focus on both seasonal and full-time positions, we're seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join them in their mission.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting and onboarding top talent to meet their staffing needs. We're looking for an individual who can navigate both part-time and full-time roles with ease, ensuring that the team is equipped to excel at every level.
Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse range of seasonal and full-time job openings, typically 10-15 positions at a time, with many requiring multiple hires
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job requisitions, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and extending offers
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, to source qualified candidates
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Address challenges with the current Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in recruitment strategies
Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing a positive experience for all parties involved
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities
Talent Acquisition Partner Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both seasonal and full-time positions
Experience working in ADP as an ATS is required
Strong familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific job boards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Detail-oriented approach to recruitment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
