Accounts Payable Clerk Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. Responsible for performing the accounting skills required to accurately process invoices for payment, cash, disbursements and miscellaneous invoicing. Responsibilities:

• Voucher, post and maintain accounts payable.
• Match orders and receipts with invoices.
• Account research and reconciliation.
• Generate monthly reports and post monthly journal entries.
• Maintain files.
• Administers petty cash disbursements and reconciling.
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets as necessary.
• Handle vendor inquiries and complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Good mathmatical skills
• Ability to operate office equipment such as copier, fax, telephone, misc.

Wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $21-$34.50 per hour
