As part of their responsibilities, the Director will also serve as a backup to the HR Manager, ensuring continuity and support across all HR operations.
- Accessibility and Inclusion Initiatives: Collaborate across departments to significantly improve accessibility and inclusivity, making sure the museum's offerings are welcoming to individuals of all abilities.
- Digital Competency Enhancement: Champion the enhancement of digital competencies within the museum staff, enabling them to harness technology for improved operational efficiency, enhanced visitor engagement, and innovation.
