Shop Foreman: SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Vista Ford Lincoln, a well-established dealership in Woodland Hills, is seeking a customer-focused shop foreman, who can direct our team of technicians and advisors, while working with our valued customers to ensure a positive service experience

Ford certified preferred, but will work with the right person to complete training requirements

Some, but not all, of the shop foreman duties include:

•     Ability to road test with customer (valid CA driver's license)

•     Able to effectively and carefully handle any customer issues

•     Able to work with directly with technicians, assisting and directing thru challenging jobs

•     Ensure a safe and clean service area

•     Keep accurate inventory of shop tools and equipment

•     Ensure all processes and protocols are followed by the service technicians and staff
