Job description
Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead Product Designer, Product Design and UX Research in Sandy, UT:
Job Duties: Lead design team and strategic design and research projects for Spiff’s sales commission software and services. Leverage design to impact business outcomes and strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to gather and synthesize business, product, and user requirements. Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of all product development projects, then measure their improvement against short and long-term goals. Collaborate with engineering teams to execute efficiently and to work against multiple deadlines. Review qualitative and quantitative data to guide design-related decisions. Create or facilitate the creation of prototypes to test products under development. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in any computer systems/UX design-related occupation.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems).
Special Skill Requirements: Includes 5 years of experience in each of the following: SaaS (5 years); 2) B2B (5 years); 3) Crafting Design Systems (5 years); 4) Interaction Design (5 years); 5) Reviewing qualitative and quantitative data to guide design-related decisions (5 years); and 6) Creating prototypes to test products under development (5 years). Also requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following: 7) Capturing design-specific metrics using a product experience platform such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel (2 years); 8) Crafting consumer, enterprise, and mobile user experiences for large-scale systems (2 years). All experience may be gained concurrently.
