Job Summary We seek an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Fremont Motor Casper. Located in Casper, Wyoming, this individual contributor role will consult with customers, review and authorize repair orders in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary between $2900 and $3600 per year, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities * Make a Difference: As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll respond to customer inquiries, advise them on automotive repairs and maintenance, and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
- Recommend Solutions: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and services, providing transparent cost information to customers. You'll also handle payment processing, create customer invoices, and manage inventory.
- Warranty Expert: Administer and manage warranties for customers, ensuring they receive the support they need. Your follow-up with customers will guarantee their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements * No Experience Necessary: You don't need prior experience in the automotive industry to excel in this role. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and provide comprehensive training.
- Educational Advantage: An Associate's Degree in automotive technology, customer service, or a related field of study is a plus, but not mandatory.
