Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2024! Our Communications Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Corporate Communications, CPG and Food Production.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
- May participate in communication strategy meetings, post social media statuses, contribute to brand and associate campaign ideas, and perform office administration duties.
- Assist the communications team in implementing organizational communications, public relations strategies, and community relations events.
- Write and edit communications for a variety of internal and external audiences and channels, including associates, press and social media
- Support communications efforts through research and analysis assignments
- Support internal employee events, such as leadership meetings, Town Hall meetings, etc.
- Support the team’s measurement and reporting of communications efforts
- Complete a long-term project assignment that requires research and planning and present final project to communications team at completion of internship
Minimum Education
- Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related majors preferred.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Experience Requirements
- Must be proficient Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
- Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Experience Preferred
- 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
- Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senios who has completed at least 2 college-level communication courses
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
