Monte Stewart-Farmers Insurance Agency in TULSA, Oklahoma, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Full-Time or Part Time Customer Service Representative.. You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, taking payments, and other additional duties as needed. If you are trustworthy, reliable, and adaptable, please apply today! If you would like to get your insurance license we can help you with that goal. Part or Full Time to work with your schedule. If you have your insurance license or want to get it the "Sky Is the Limit" on what you can do in this industry. Base salary plus bonus opportunities or commission if you get licensed.
Salary: $18,600.00 - $37,500.00 per year

ResponsibilitiesProcess customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
RequirementsPossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
