Execute work processes as defined in visual work instructions and standard operating procedures
Ensure a quality product by performing checks and inspections
Troubleshoot machine operation, productivity, and quality
Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands
Monitor equipment, perform daily equipment checks and cleanings, and record data to document the manufacturing process
Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules
Adhere to required housekeeping and safety requirements for the manufacturing areas within the facility
Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Experience/Education/Certification Required
High school diploma/GED
Two years of continuous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Machine Operator experience
Schedule Example:
We use the [2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off] schedule for a 2 week pay period.
Example 2 week pay period schedule : 48 hours one week + 36 hours one week, so the schedule has built in OT
