Job Title: Production Manager
Team/Department: Manufacturing
Location: Upper Sandusky, OH (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

What You Will Be Doing

- You provide leadership and training to all staff to accomplish company goals and objectives
- You manage the performance of all direct reports and take appropriate steps to ensure team engagement
- You are responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient production of the manufacturing operation

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years in Manufacturing Management
- Bachelors in related field is highly preferred
- Proficient in all Windows based programs and familiar with ERP and MES Systems
