Hospitality Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities● Provide an amazing first impression for our guests entering the reception area.
● Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries with professional etiquette
● Monitoring email inquiries and replying within 24 hour period, as needed.
● Maintain a clean, orderly, inspected, neat, and safe reception area.
● Minor typing, reservation, and database entry.
● Assisting Front Desk Staff with coverage
● Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
● Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training● 21 years of age or older
● Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Must be a team player
● Must be helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind at all times
● Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
● Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
Performance Results● Provide daily memorable moments that are recognized and matter to customers
● Contribute feedback to the hospitality department on improvements for operation
● Reply to all email within 24 hours within your scope of work
Physical Requirements● Up to 4 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
