LAB SUPERVISOR-WARREN,MI
Full Time - Onsite
Positions : 4
Salary Per Annum : $80K to 90K Per Annum
USC,GC Only
Must haves for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)
- Hands-on leadership experience (Testing, Validation, Verification)
- Test/Validation/Verification Engineer experience (Subsystem level, If they only have vehicle level/OEM experience they are not a good fit)
- Environmental, DVPR/PVPR, Test Reports, Durability
- Electro-mechanical systems
- Sensor calibration experience (preferred)
- LabVIEW/Python experience
- Automotive Supplier experience (OEM experience is okay if the majority of their
experience is at the supplier level.)
- Built up a test department/lab from scratch (preferred)
- People manager, supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education/Experience
· Bachelor Science in Mechanical as a minimum
· More than 5 years of experience in product development and
validation activity
· Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis
· Familiarity with tool room and machining centers machining
capabilities
· Experience in SLPT components or systems preferred.
· Experience and knowledge in the ISO procedures and documentation
requirements for a lab activity
· Experience with Wet Lab equipment and practices
· Experience with general office computer tools (word processing,
spreadsheets, office communications) desired
