Job description

TCI Leasing is looking for hard working, dedicated team players who possess a positive attitude to work as Shop Supervisor at our Phoenix, AZ  location!

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Management Skills & Requirements:

• Manage day to day activities in a maintenance repair facility
• Knowledge of Transportation Industry Required
• Must be able to multitask
• Be able to take information for breakdowns and dispatch repairs locally and out of area to effectively minimize down time
• Accurately complete written record of work performance
• Maintain a clean work and shop area as directed by Safety SOP's
• Communicate w/ drivers & customers regarding DVIR's (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports)
• Must possess a valid driver's license, preferably a commercial license
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills a plus
• Physically be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to be on call

• Effectively communicate w/ all internal and external customers

Pay

Based on experience: $70k-$75k/yearly
