Job description
We are expanding our staffing desk and planning to hire couple Recruiters. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity to join an established Automotive Manufacturing and staffing firm that has been in business for over 37 years.
Excellent opportunity to learn and grow to be a Professional Recruiter!! Training will be provided for entry level candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods.
- Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
- Responsible for recruiting Engineering and IT job candidates for our Automotive OEM clients in Michigan.
- Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Process paperwork: Offer Letters, onboarding, background/drug test with a high level of accuracy.
- Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, building a lasting relationship and a valuable network of talented individuals
Qualification Required:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in space of Engineering or IT industry preferred.
- Self-starter with a growth mind set.
- Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas.
- Expert technical skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
