Lab Technician/Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Monday through Sunday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)

The lab technician position involves testing milk, running audits and data entry. Truck drivers bring in milk samples to be tested, the milk sample will be inserted into the testing equipment and will give results. Milk sample results will be logged in and paperwork goes to the drivers. You are responsible to keep the lab clean and organized. Upon completion of training, you will be certified as a lab technician.

The dispatch position involves process and traffic management of the company's loads in the operations area. There will be internal and external customer communications, driver settlements, TMW entry and audit functions. The ideal individual for this position is well-organized, astute to detail, and communicates well with drivers, management, and customers.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Remain calm under urgent situations.
• Be able to think clearly, and quickly take action with little supervision.
• Due to the nature of the role, the ability to multitask is crucial.

This position requires you to work 12 hour shifts; if you are a floater, you will cover various shifts as needed. Schedule will be nights, in the lab or dispatch area, depending on where you are needed.
