Job description

Accent Controls, Inc. is seeking a full-time, exempt Business Manager for its location at the Redstone Arsenal Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), located in Madison County, Alabama.

The LRC is directly responsible for providing the required support services in the following areas: Material Maintenance, Supply Services, Ammunition Services, Transportation, and the associated logistics analysis and management functions in support of the Redstone Arsenal LRC mission. The mission will directly and indirectly support training of forces, preparing forces for deployment, sustainment and redeployment in support of current conflicts, reset forces, and to rebuild readiness for future deployments and contingencies to meet the demands of a persistent conflict in the 21st Century.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include budgeting, scheduling, personnel records and invoicing, coordination of reports, making appointments and travel arrangements and preparation of briefing charts. The Business Manager must be able to process information, research causes of discrepancies and perform recurring and non-recurring tasks.

Qualifications:

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the installation's business management processes and related regulations and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned duties.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security investigation in order to be issued a Common Access Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively to include speaking and writing in English
• Ability to be present at work each day and work the hours of the assigned shift
• Possess basic arithmetic, typing/keyboarding, customer service skills required to accomplish assigned tasks.

Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferred.
