Job Title: Senior Level 3 Project Engineer

Compensation: $100K-$135K

Are you looking to join a rapidly growing IT Managed Service Provider in the NJ market? We specialize and provide comprehensive IT solutions while supporting a diverse range of clients. 

We are seeking a highly skilled an experience Senior Level 3 Project Engineer to join our team! 

What You Will Be Doing

- Assist lower-level engineers in navigating support related issues 
- Provide expertise and guidance to junior technicians by leveraging your IT/MSP background
- Utilize experience with AVD, Intune, and Azure to effectively manage and maintain clients' cloud-based solutions
- Log in to firewalls, switches, and other network devices to perform necessary configuration and troubleshooting tasks. 
- Participate in an on-call rotation

What You Need For This Position

- At least 4 years of experience as an IT Technician
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Strong familiarity with server administration
- Experience in Intune and Azure 
- Proficiency in logging in to firewalls, switches, and other network devices for configuration and troubleshooting purposes
