Responsibilities:
Developing and Maintaining Technology Strategy:
Create and maintain an enterprise-wide technology and data strategy that aligns with the airline's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with employees across various departments to understand their technology and data needs.
Designing and Implementing Infrastructure:
Oversee the design and implementation of technology and data infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices, prescribed standards, and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor the performance of technology and data systems.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes.
Feasibility Assessment and Risk Mitigation:
Assess the feasibility of designs proposed by solution architects.
