As the Graphics & Communications Specialist, you would be responsible for effectively communicating the Credit Union's vision, mission, values and brand to members, staff, Board Members as well the general public through creative, contemporary format and styles both traditional and digital along with associated creatives and written communications. Working in conjunction with all departments to ensure staff have the necessary tools and internal communications needed promote the products and services offered by the Credit Union while highlighting the Credit Union’s value proposition to the public. Will provide assistance and support to all departments to achieve the accomplishments of overall Credit Union strategic goals and objectives.
Qualified candidates should have the following skills: Minimum, Associates Degree or completion of certification of specialized training coures or apprenticeship; one to three years of similar experience; strong written and oral communication skills, must have previous Graphic Design education and experience; HTML/SEU and experience in digital marketing desired.
This is a 40 hour per week position- hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:00 am -5:00 pm. Must be able to work on-site out of the Dubuque, Iowa or Quad City, Iowa offices.
