Private family looking hire a Nanny/Family Assistant in Champaign, IL.
The Ideal Candidate: We are currently in search of a nurturing and experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to join our household, where we have a toddler and a baby (2yrs and 2 months). The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting the day by prepping the kitchen, assisting with getting the children ready, and preparing nutritious breakfasts. Throughout the week, the candidate will handle family assistant duties, ensuring our home remains organized and comfortable. There is no deep cleaning as they have biweekly cleaners. Approximately 50-60% of the time, the candidate will be responsible for childcare, while the mother works from home. We are looking for someone who is happy to be in a team effort. Looking to hire someone who will be with us for very long-term, join our family! In addition to essential qualities such as being loving, trustworthy, and discreet, the perfect fit would ideally be a Spanish speaker, comfortable with infants, and have a special interest in cooking. The ability to travel domestically and abroad is preferred. When traveling you will be provided private accommodations. Long-term commitment is appreciated- this role would transition to purely family assistant when the kids are older. This position is on payroll, there will be Over-Time rate for any hours worked over 40hours. This position can be Live-In or Live-out. Live-In you will have a private room and bathroom .
